• Direct and coordinate activities of DABA TV and DABA Studio programs
• Coordinates external studio activities, bookings and rentals
• Overseeing the production team to help run DABA Studios. That includes organizing production schedules, setting up rehearsal times, scheduling studio time and preparing and sticking to Studio rules.
• Oversee the production process, including guests, performances, lighting, and editing and upload.
• Oversee the postproduction process, including editing, special effects, music, upload and perform quality checks of every content from the studio before it goes public.
• Ensure that every production stays on schedule.
• Strategize and create new contents and monitor execution
• Establish work schedules and assign work to staff members
• Plan and schedule all event coverage outside the studio based on recording length, time availability, equipment's and other factors
• Be active on all social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook for the promotion of the Studio and it's contents.
